Step 3: Locate three peer-reviewed journal articles on your historical school of thought within the Capella University Library. Be sure that at least one of the three articles is related to the

To accomplish this goal, find at least one article that comes from an international journal, uses a non-Western population, or represents clearly the experiences of an underrepresented group in the literature.

How have other schools of thoughts contributed to your school of thought? Compare/contrast the schools of thought and interpret any connections.
Analysis of cultural influences that have affected the development of your school of thought. (suggested length: 23 paragraphs).
How have societal movements and/or cultural factors shaped the development of this school of thought?
Analysis of how knowledge of a school of thought applies to current professional behavior. (suggested length: 23 paragraphs).
Consider the scenario youve selected in Step 2 above. How might this school of thought shape workplace behavior in that context? Provide examples to support your analysis.
Conclusion (suggested length: one paragraph).
How might this school of thought continue to have an impact in the future? Consider impact on individual, community, and global scales.
